Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Fliyp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fliyp.

2. Description of Service

Fliyp is a personalised daily life intelligence service. We deliver AI-generated horoscopes and life intelligence readings based on your Vedic birth chart and numerology profile. Content is delivered as calendar events, WhatsApp messages (selected plans), and email.

3. Account Registration

To use Fliyp, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@fliyp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent or use another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration is grounds for account suspension.

4. Subscription and Payments

Fliyp is a paid subscription service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Monthly plans: Seeker ₹149/month · Destined ₹299/month · Ascendant ₹499/month
• Annual plans: Seeker ₹1,490/year · Destined ₹2,990/year · Ascendant ₹4,990/year (equivalent to 2 months free)
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You will receive reminder emails before your subscription expires.

5. Refund Policy

• 7-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of subscribing, provided you have not accessed any horoscope or intelligence content.
• No refund after 7 days or after you have accessed any content.
• Cancellation: Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — no pro-rata refund is issued for unused days.
• To request a refund, email support@fliyp.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract any content from Fliyp using automated means
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of our service
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use AI-generated content for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any other person
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Fliyp uses OpenAI GPT-4o to generate personalised horoscope and life intelligence content.

8. Intellectual Property

• Fliyp's property: The Fliyp service, website, UI design, brand, logo, and all generated content are owned by 93 Communications.
• Your property: Your personal data belongs to you. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Your use of Fliyp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

• By you: You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings → Your Data → Delete my account. A 30-day grace period applies.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
• We may also terminate the service entirely with 30 days' notice, issuing a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Fliyp (93 Communications) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
