Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Fliyp subscription at any time from your Account page inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your daily delivery will stop at the end of the current billing period.

There is no penalty or fee for cancelling.

Refund Policy

Fliyp offers digital content that is immediately accessible upon payment. All subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
  • Your subscription was activated but the service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our technical failure
  • Your account was terminated by Fliyp without cause

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, email us at support@fliyp.com with:

  • ·Your registered email address
  • ·The Order ID (found in your subscription confirmation email)
  • ·A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Payment Gateway

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a trusted payment platform. Fliyp does not store your card or banking details.
