Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Fliyp subscription at any time from your Account page inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your daily delivery will stop at the end of the current billing period.

There is no penalty or fee for cancelling.

Refund Policy

Subscription plans — 7-day money-back guarantee. If this is your first purchase of a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase — no penalty, no questions. After 7 days, you can still cancel anytime, but no refund is issued for the current billing period.

One-off reports — 24-hour refund, unopened. A one-off report purchase is refundable in full within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not opened the report. Once opened, a report is delivered digital content and is no longer refundable.

In addition, you are always eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
  • Your subscription was activated but the service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our technical failure
  • Your account was terminated by Fliyp without cause

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • ·Your registered email address
  • ·The Order ID (found in your subscription confirmation email)
  • ·A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Payment Gateway

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a trusted payment platform. Fliyp does not store your card or banking details.
