What Is a Life Path Number?
Your Life Path number is numerology's equivalent of your Sun sign in astrology — the central number that describes who you are and why you're here.
It's calculated by reducing your full birth date to a single digit (or a master number: 11, 22, or 33).
How to Calculate Yours
Add all the digits of your birth date together, then reduce to a single digit:
Example: 15 August 1992
- Day: 1 + 5 = 6
- Month: 8
- Year: 1 + 9 + 9 + 2 = 21 → 2 + 1 = 3
- Total: 6 + 8 + 3 = 17 → 1 + 7 = 8
