Your Prakriti is Pitta-Vata dominant — sharp, fast-metabolising, occasionally over-driven. Your Vikriti right now shows excess Pitta, which usually correlates with a stretch of work-stress or under-rest. This is good news, oddly: Vikriti is the drift, and drift is correctable. The seasonal window to watch is late spring through early summer, when external Pitta peaks and your internal Pitta has less room to spare. You have a mild Pitta drift. The internet — and a certain kind of astrologer — will tell you to wear a pearl, perform a cooling puja, and buy a yantra. Here's the actual remedy stack for your specific drift, and it's all behavioural:

Cooling foods during your Pitta-peak hours (11 AM–2 PM) — cucumber, coconut water, sweet seasonal fruit, less of the spicy/acidic/fried. Twenty minutes of slow-paced breath work in the evening, when Pitta runs hottest. Reduce red meat and alcohol during the late-spring-to-early-summer window your Section 3 flags.
