What you'll learn
- Your body has a constitution it was born with — and a direction it's currently drifting in. Knowing both is the difference between guessing at your wellness and reading it.
- Your Prakriti — the Vata/Pitta/Kapha constitution you were born with. The fixed baseline.
- Your Vikriti — where you're imbalanced today. The drift. This is the part that's actionable.
- Your seasonal imbalance windows — the times of year your specific constitution is most likely to tip, so you can pre-empt instead of react.
- Real Ayurvedic remedies for your specific drift — calibrated foods, timing, breath and movement practices, sleep adjustments. No gemstones. No yantras. Nothing for sale beyond the report.
- Your food, sleep, and exercise patterns — what genuinely suits your dosha mix, and what quietly works against it.

From Section 2 — Your Vikriti (current imbalance):
Your Prakriti is Pitta-Vata dominant — sharp, fast-metabolising, occasionally over-driven. Your Vikriti right now shows excess Pitta, which usually correlates with a stretch of work-stress or under-rest. This is good news, oddly: Vikriti is the drift, and drift is correctable. The seasonal window to watch is late spring through early summer, when external Pitta peaks and your internal Pitta has less room to spare. The remedy stack here is specific — and none of it costs anything beyond a grocery list.
Who this is for
Best for the Healer, Keeper, Builder, and Witness archetypes — and anyone health-conscious who wants a constitutional read before (not instead of) seeing a doctor. Especially useful if you've noticed a pattern — recurring fatigue, digestion that shifts with seasons, sleep that's drifted — and want to understand the constitutional shape of it.
Methodology
Computed from Swiss Ephemeris precision astronomical data and the Lahiri ayanamsa. Every interpretive claim traces to a named classical Vedic source — Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Phaladeepika, Saravali. You can verify any reading against the original text. Read the full methodology →
This report is not medical advice — it is constitutional context to use alongside, not instead of, a qualified physician.
From Section 9 — Real Remedies:
You have a mild Pitta drift. The internet — and a certain kind of astrologer — will tell you to wear a pearl, perform a cooling puja, and buy a yantra. Here's the actual remedy stack for your specific drift, and it's all behavioural:
Cooling foods during your Pitta-peak hours (11 AM–2 PM) — cucumber, coconut water, sweet seasonal fruit, less of the spicy/acidic/fried. Twenty minutes of slow-paced breath work in the evening, when Pitta runs hottest. Reduce red meat and alcohol during the late-spring-to-early-summer window your Section 3 flags.
That's it. No purchase required. We don't sell pearls, and we don't think you need one. The drift is real; the remedy is a grocery list and a breathing habit. If a remedy ever requires you to buy something physical from anyone, treat that as a sales pitch wearing a remedy costume.
